  • Assists with offer phase of process, including negotiations

  • XCI partners with your in-house leadership and talent team  

  • Participates from the workforce planning phase forward 

  • Provides valuable data during the planning phase 

  • Assists with job descriptions as needed 

  • Sources candidates through direct recruitment, job boards, social media, etc. 

  • Conducts preliminary candidate interviews to determine qualifications, interest level, and business culture match 

  • Behavioral interviews included upon request 

  • Dossiers of top candidates will include vetted resumes, completed references, results of all interviews and all follow-up conversations 

  • Participation in company’s interviewing process available upon request  

  • Management of offers and negotiations 

  • Provides onboarding assistance and integration planning

  • A list of interested candidates, their resumes, and results of preliminary interviews are shared with your in-house team
