Ed Hayward started Executive Consulting, Inc. in 2001. He has a BA from Brigham Young University in Japanese and spent 10 years studying and working in Japan. From 1990 to 1994 he worked for Bridgestone Corporation at their head office in Tokyo. He returned to the US in 1994 and joined a consulting firm in Illinois where he worked as a Recruiter and Business Consultant for companies such as Mitsubishi Motors, Honda RDA, Robert Bosch, Nippon Denso, etc. In 1999 he was recruited by Heinz Japan to manage a 2 year joint venture project in New Zealand. Two years later he returned to the States and founded Xecutive Consulting, Inc. In 2017 Ed established Xecutive Consulting International (XCI).
